or set type = text, html,xml

So -  GET provides the server with a "noun"  (conf_file_name= blah)
				   a "verb"  (general_search.cgi)

      and the server replies with the object according to the mime-type

Similarly, there is a /usr/bin/GET and /usr/bin/POST (more robust)

The noun - file descriptor
