I returned to her home - and all was gone save one lone male and almost no silk. Here he is
and here he is against the sky
Walking back, a bit dejected, I saw something out of the corner of my eye on a leaf. It was a jumping spider Phintella vittata and there was a small funnel-like home. Here she is working on her home. You can see her, upside down, in the region below and to the right of the front door to her home.
and taking a walk about - to the right, near the stem of the leaf.
Here she is entering her home
Her leg and abdomen
Her palps and a few legs and eyes
Here she is sneaking a look at me (eyes behind the white palp on the right
Her palps and tiny eyes
A side view
A much better photo of her palps, and one big eye and a smaller eye (she has 8).
Another view of her inside her home
Then walking home, I found a web with a lone female Argyrodes flavescens
A closer look
Sort of curled up
