Photo Adventures with Curiosity and Learning

Three years ago I wanted to surprise Ellen, who is a 5* wife, with a nice surprise dinner. I phoned Anthony and Fiona and Beck and shared my challenge. Turns out they were planning a new feature called Destination Dining - a dinner for two on a platform in the middle of a pond of lotus plants - with local chef, service and music. We were the first and Pisey was our waitress. She was perfect. The tradition stuck and this was our 3rd adventure - this time with Chhoy as our waiter. He was also terrific. It all starts at Sojourn with a path of candles / torches to the Destination.

The package is a gift from the Sojourn staff. Last year I left with them a point and shoot Nikon - so they could each practice. They did - and left the results of their practice within the pages of this book. A nice touch
