I usually wake up between 5am and 6am. This is a good time to watch a place wake up - whether Chennai, Valathi, Pushchino, Paris or Valencia. I take long circular route to see places I've not see before. Here is the temple waking up

About 4 years ago, this was a 1.x lane road with traffic flowing in 3 virtual lanes in each direction. Now there is a barrier to keep the directional flow organized and 3 real lanes
