This is Wang Yang
and his curious eyes. If you "on" your curious eyes and zoom into his eye, you'll see two outstretched arms holding the camera as he took his own photo. Curious Wang Yang indeed. I like it.
Wang Yang is learning to discover small insects and learn how to ignore naughty ants that bite him (and me but I don't tell). Here is a small white moth resting on a blade of grass that he found
A hover fly from the side
A hover fly from above
A tan moth
A green metallic fly
Another view of the white moth
Then a big big surprise. This acts like a praying mantis - with the prayer arms extended. The tail, though, is curved, like a scorpion. I have never seen this before and for both of us - our curious eyes were a big big success
We found this guy so interesting that we took many photos
A better focus
A small grasshopper
We saw a small white moth - and suddenly she disappeared under the blade of grass. I looked and it appears that a lynx spider was preparing her for dinner
Then we saw an orange skipper
Now it is lime juice time at the Margaret Drive food court
