- Observation: Fresh water Sea of Galilee is 22km by 12km and 675
feet below sea level. It is harp shape surrounded by beautiful
mountains and valleys on all sides, raised Singapore flag in a calm sea
and blue sky. Tour museum on ancient boat discovered

Place: Church of Beatitude
- Observation: beautiful Roman Catholic Church and compound on
"mount of beatitude." The church was built in 1936-8 is octagonal
representing the 8 beatitudes from Sermon on the Mount. Vintage
point overlooking the Sea of Galilee. Many groups of visitors in church
going through displays. Had good devotion and personal quiet time and
offering too

- Principle 8: God requires inward as well as outward purity of love

Sea of Galilee

Place: Tabgha: (Greek "Heptapegon" meaning "seven springs" (Church of
the Primacy of St. Peter)
- Observation: Located at North Western shore of Galilee. Name comes
from the Greek "Heptapegon", which means "seven springs", but
corrupted into the Arabic name, Tabgha. According to tradition, Jesus
fed the multitude in the place. There is an ancient church with mosaic
floor- 2 loaves and 5 fishes pictured.

- Principle 7: Jesus is the bread of life for those who seek Him

Place: River Jordan Baptism site of Yardenit
- Observation: Crowded with many queued for water baptism. We had
12 members baptised. The oldest 70years and youngest 7 years. One
family unit of 4 went through the baptism
- Recall Bible ref: Matthew Mark 1:9-11 (Jesus' baptism)
- Reflection: The Holy Spirit anoints the behaviour for services
